An Intimate Elopement on the Cliffs of Mallorca

For this Mallorca elopement, the couple exchanged their vows and rings on a beautiful cliff overlooking the sea. There was no big production and no pressure for everything to look perfect. Instead, there was plenty of closeness, emotion and that wonderful feeling of being exactly where they wanted to be.

The bride’s flowing dress moved beautifully in the wind and suited the wild coastal landscape perfectly. And then there were her sneakers, worn so naturally underneath the elegant dress. I loved this combination of elegance, ease and a little imperfection. It felt so perfectly like them.

After their vows, we simply spent some time together walking along the cliffs and enjoying the view over the sea. These are the quiet moments I love most during a couple session. I’ll give you a little direction when you need it, but otherwise there is plenty of space for you to simply be together.

That’s how photographs are created that don’t feel like a photoshoot, but like you.

Mallorca offers so many possibilities for an intimate wedding: dramatic cliffs, beautiful beaches, Mediterranean landscapes and beautiful fincas. And even when the weather isn’t perfect, the island has a way of creating beautiful light and atmosphere.

That freedom is one of the things I love most about photographing elopements. For me, it’s not about making everything look perfect. It’s about capturing how it felt.
