Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by Alex Gerrard.

2. Booking & Contract

A booking becomes binding once the contract has been signed and the agreed deposit has been paid.

3. Services

The scope of services is defined in the individual agreement.
Any changes or additions must be confirmed in writing.

4. Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance is due after the wedding or session within the agreed timeframe.
  • All prices include applicable VAT.

5. Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Further terms depend on the individual contract.

6. Editing & Delivery

  • Image selection and editing are done in the photographer’s style.
  • Final images are delivered in high resolution via an online gallery.
  • Delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks (depending on the season).

7. Usage Rights

  • Images are for personal use only.
  • Commercial use requires prior written consent.
  • The photographer may use the images for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

The photographer is only liable for intent and gross negligence.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for handling inquiries and fulfilling the contract.
