Der Tag begann ruhig – mit dem Getting Ready in den wunderschönen Räumen des Schlosses. Hohe Decken, warmes Licht, historische Details. Braut und Bräutigam konnten sich getrennt voneinander vorbereiten und trotzdem die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Ortes spüren. Genau diese ruhigen Momente vor der Trauung liebe ich – wenn Vorfreude, Nervosität und Glück so nah beieinander liegen.
The day began with a calm and intimate getting ready inside the historic rooms of the castle. High ceilings, warm natural light, and carefully preserved architectural details create an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.
Bride and groom prepared separately while still being surrounded by the character of this unique South Tyrolean castle. These quiet moments before the ceremony — filled with anticipation and emotion — are some of the most meaningful parts of a wedding day.
Freie Trauung vor den Toren des Schlosses
Die freie Trauung fand direkt vor den Toren des Schlosses statt – mit Blick auf die markanten Zypressen. Ein leichter Sommerwind, emotionale Worte, viel Lachen und ein paar Tränen. Keine steife Inszenierung, sondern eine Zeremonie, die sich ehrlich und persönlich angefühlt hat. Genau solche Momente sind es, die ich festhalten möchte: ungestellt, lebendig und voller Gefühl.
Outdoor Ceremony with Cypress Views
The couple chose to have their free ceremony right in front of the castle gates, overlooking the iconic cypress trees that give this location its Mediterranean charm.
A gentle summer breeze, heartfelt vows, laughter and a few tears — nothing felt staged. Instead, it was a deeply personal and authentic ceremony, exactly what many couples envision when planning a destination wedding in Italy.

Empfang mit Aussicht & ausgelassener Stimmung
Nach der Trauung gratulierten alle dem Brautpaar von Herzen. Die Stimmung war perfekt. Alle umarmten sich und genossen mit köstlichem Fingerfood den Nachmittag. Anschließend gab es noch ein wunderschön angerichtetes Kuchenbuffet, das das Brautpaar mit dem Anschnitt der Torte eröffnete. Zwischen Gesprächen, Gelächter und dem Blick über die Landschaft von Südtirol entstand eine entspannte, sommerliche Stimmung.
Genau diese Leichtigkeit macht Hochzeiten in Südtirol so besonders – es fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie eine große Feier unter Freunden, irgendwo zwischen Hochzeitstag und Urlaub.
Reception with a View & a Joyful Atmosphere
After the ceremony, everyone gathered around the couple to offer heartfelt congratulations. The atmosphere was perfect. There were hugs, laughter, and guests enjoying the afternoon together while delicious finger food was served. Later, a beautifully arranged cake buffet followed, opened by the couple as they cut the wedding cake.
Between conversations, laughter and the view across the South Tyrolean landscape, the terrace filled with a relaxed summer atmosphere.
It’s exactly this sense of ease that makes weddings in South Tyrol so special — it feels a little like a big celebration among friends, somewhere between a wedding day and a holiday.
